Thank you for your reply. But if my body makes protein then why are my doctors telling me to eat or drink proteins. I am just confused. The idea that I don't eat protein foods as I used to before my weight loss surgery and need to make sure I get 60 to 80 grams in a day is now not so. Researching on the Internet can give different opinions. I guess I will have to do what works for me. Thank you appreciate your comment.

Help -
I recently had a gallbladder attack and need surgery. Now because I have to be on a bland diet I'm scared to eat anything. Not getting enough protein so I'm losing hair again even taking vitamins. I need some suggestions on foodsome or recipes I can follow. Anyone, without a gallbladder can maybe give me some advice. Thank you.
