My Proposed Diet for rectify adverse results from my Blood Tests
A Diet to Help Reduce Anemia

Now here are some of the best foods to include in my diet to overcome anemia:

• Beef Liver
• Brewer’s Yeast (Added to Salad)
• Vitamin C: Tomatoes, Peppers and Strawberries
• Stevia

A Diet of Low-Cholesterol, Low-Carb and Low-Fat

• Lean Protein Choices: Sirloin, Pork Loin, White Meat,
Poultry & Seafood (Salmon and Tuna)
• Healthy Plant Fats: Vegetable Oils (Olive, Soy, Walnut,
Flaxseed, Macadamia, Avocado and Coconut)
• Low Carb Vegetables: Tofu, Spinach, Mushrooms, Broccoli,
Eggplant, Kale, Mustard Greens, Green Bell Pepper and
Cabbage
• Fresh Fruits: Mango and Rock Melon

NOTE: Limit Egg intake to Three Times a Week

Example of a Meal Plan –

Breakfast: Egg omelette filled with ½ cup of cooked spinach and ½ cup of mushrooms with 1 cup of fresh raspberries

Lunch: Roasted skinless turkey breast served with 1 cup of steamed kale seasoned with fresh lemon juice and 1 cup of romaine lettuce topped with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and red wine vinegar

Dinner: Broiled salmon with ½ cup each of steamed broccoli and steamed cauliflower

Alternative: 1 cup of mixed greens topped with diced chicken and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette
