started my weight loss in aug of 2007 at 287 lbs. through weight watchers i have maintained my weight for 2 yrs and am now trying to lose an extra 20 lbs. at 165 lbs i have 15 more to go.

what kind of routine to do at the gym
U can do a variety of things.....depending on how much time u plan to spend in the gym u can break it up or stay on one machine. Ex: if u stay an hour do 15 on ellipticAl 15 on the treadmill 15 on the bike then back to the treadmill for a cool down or to another machine. Or u can just stay on one machine the whole time and increase difficulty.
If u do weights do them before cardio or alternate days such as mondAy treadmill tues weights and so on. Hope this helps.
