My name is Lindsey. All of my life ( for the most part) I've been overweight, if not obese. As of a few years ago , January 31 2010, I made one of THE BEST decisions I've ever made in my life. I decided to Do HCG injections. Starting at 218lbs, I am now on the path to my final goal of 125lbs. I achieved my goal weight of 123. Became pregnant in 2011, my weight despite my best efforts shot up to 200lbs. post pregnancy came home at 183. Started back on HCG 7 weeks later, got to 153. Did maintenace for an extended amount of time due to hair loss, I am now on round 2, and doing very well. Hoping to acheieve my goal and be done. :) Willpower, thats what its called. Anyone can do it, If you want it bad enough~

1700 calories? That's a lot!
Another very helpful thing to do is figure out your macronutrients, what % of your daily caloric intake should be fat,carbs, protein, etc... this will make it super easy for you and then construct like a 7 day rotation for a few weeks.. It'll work like magic.. when I'm on my maintenance phase I eat 1200 cal of the right mix of foods and feel full and still lose.

I'm 5 months pregnant and need help managing my micronutrients and calories!
Long story short, I used to weigh 218. Did 3 rounds of HCG and got down to 123, which was ideal for me. During maintenance I steadied at 138lbs. at 9 weeks pregnant I was 148 I am now 5 months pregnant and already up to 163.9. I have to admit, I've been a bit more lenient on my diet since my pregnancy. I was told yesterday by my OB I am gaining weight too fast. I understand that I need to make smarter choices, but my mind needs to be set with strict perimeters in order to succeed. Does anyone know where I could find information on how to either better my diet to lose a little weight, or at least maintain my weight as best as I can. I understand that I will gain due to the baby, but I dont want it to be because of my food anymore. I am 5 foot 5.5 inches, 29 years old, I am now 163.9 and do not want to gain any more based on my food intake. What should my CALORIES be under, and what should my range be for daily grams of Fat, protein and carbohydrates. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
