Forty-three year old mother of 2 and a working mom-complete with running around after work getting kids to practices or going to games. I love it, but find little time to squish in fitness. I try to work out at work, before I leave. There is a workout room here, and I can run outside safely. Once I go home, I can't seem to fit it in until later, then I am tired!

I am looking for some new and energizing music for my MP3 player for while I am jogging. What do you like? What gets you going? On my son's player, I heard "If I Had a Million Dollars" by Barenaked Ladies" and it was great, just funny to get my mind off the run. Suggestions?

Help
I sometimes just have a rollup of a slice of turkey in a slice of lowfat cheese, like an Alpine Lace or something like that. Even roll that in a lettuce leaf if you want.

A crunchy snack I enjoy are some almonds.
