Forty-three year old mother of 2 and a working mom-complete with running around after work getting kids to practices or going to games. I love it, but find little time to squish in fitness. I try to work out at work, before I leave. There is a workout room here, and I can run outside safely. Once I go home, I can't seem to fit it in until later, then I am tired!
