Forty-three year old mother of 2 and a working mom-complete with running around after work getting kids to practices or going to games. I love it, but find little time to squish in fitness. I try to work out at work, before I leave. There is a workout room here, and I can run outside safely. Once I go home, I can't seem to fit it in until later, then I am tired!

Yes, I love leftovers! I have checked out the link from you ImLuuvd, and found a recipe for roasted garbanzo beans. Can't wait to try them!

I also keep sugar-free items stocked, like hard candy, and even sugar free jello or pudding for those after dinner times when I crave something for dessert.

Foods to stock
What do you keep stocked up on for meals or snacks?? I love making hummus, I eat is as a snack with raw veggies. I also like it on a whole wheat wrap with some turkey and low fat cheese.

I am in desperate need of some new ideas for good things to have around to satisfy me guilt-free!
