i'm able to maintain my weight pretty well, over all i'm happy with my body image and i know that to lose 20 to 50 pounds would be healthier for me. i've switched long ago to a no junk food, now a vegetarian lifestyle yet, i don't lose weight. i'm semi active, i do the 30 minute walk daily after being sedendary, i even started jucing at home 2 months ago. i've been following the vegetarian ways now for at least 8 months, slightly discouraged but not willing to resume eating junk food and all meats except for fish. i have given up everything else. however, my clothes fit slightly better but the scale isn't dropping. argh LOL anyone else going through similar circumstances? contact me, thanks.
