My FIRST POST
Hi, this is my first time posting on this kind of sites. I'm a 22 year old woman who lives in Mexico who wants to be the best version of herself.
This year in april I reached my heaviest weight in my entire life: 175 lb and I'm just 5'5 so I looked so bad.
On April 17, I decided to go to a nutricionist for help, she gave me nice meals and I started droping lbs =) btw I'm a vegetarian (4 years now).
Currently I'm 156 lbs.
I want to reach my goal; 127 lbs and become more confident about myself because I really deal with confidence issues about my body.
Thank you for reading me, and I hope you all can understand what I'm writing, I don't fully dominate English.
