Stall after 5 months post-op for gastric ryn bypass
Help please,

I am very frustrated with my current situation. I am exactly 5 months post-op today and on June 24th I started a stall. I am aware that this sometimes happens to individuals but did not realize it would last almost three weeks.

I am doing what the doctor tells me, protein, water, and exercise. I have always followed the docs orders and only twice did I try foods that made me sick. I just do not understand why I stopped. Are stalls suppose to last this long? I am soooo worried this will be the end of my weight loss. I had to undergo an emergency surgery 10 hours after my bypass because of complications and I am very upset that if this is all the weight I will loose that it was definitely not worth it.

By the way my surgey date was 2/23/2012 started at 296 and now 5 months later at 209. I understand I lost 87lbs but I still have much more to go, I am supposed to weight 150-175. I am shooting for 155lbs.

Can someone please tell me if I am doing something wrong please or jsut a little bit of encouragement would be great!
