35 yr old, single mother, taking an active approach to watch weight and eating habits. I plan to lose 10 pounds, adapt healthier eating habits, and exercise regularly. All of this helps reduce stress and tension from work and a heavy school schedule.

Plus I want to look great in a swinsuit. I try to follow the Turbofire, Hip Hop Abs programs and visit the gym regularly.
