I love food and if you are going to stick to a lifestyle for the long haul then you need to be both passionate and creative. Smile I love food and I want to love healthy food. Each time I find a healthy dish that I love I feel wonderful. I am passionate about life and I feel living a healthy life makes it better.

I don't believe in eating processed foods. Perhaps once in a while but even when I eat meat I feel that one of two things MUST go into my food love and/or pride. 1.) Love ( home cooked food is where it's at for me and 2.) Pride ( so I don't eat fast food). If I eat out it has to be a nice restaurant Smile.
