Well, I'm 36, married 14 yrs, mother of 3...two girls 7 & 4, and a little 22mo boy.
I'm a massage therapist, and I love it! I love swimming, fishing, playing outside, and puzzle games. I get addicted to books if I allow myself, and I love a good action movie, off-the-wall comedies like Blazing Saddles (Mel Brooks, and Jim Henson are two of my many heroes). I gained 85-90lbs total in 14yrs, and they're going to come off. I'm tired of living like this. I have started walking, and I feel great. I didn't have a horribly unhealthy lifestyle, but enough to get where I am now. I don't believe in diets because they never last. I believe in order to get healthy and keep the weight off, you need to change your whole outlook on life and how you're living it. So that's what I'm doing.
