I just did my 40min/4mile jog. :) I always feel so much better after I run. Now, I am enjoying my 396 cal lunch and water! This is only the first day but I hope most days start like this. I plan to do an additional workout tonight. Just another 20min jog and some exercises.

Thursday September 13th.
Today is the start of my real change. I want to lose ten pounds. I do not like how I feel currently and I can see my stomach through my shirts.....and I have broke out the fat jeans.This is not going to happen. I need to take better care of myself. I am young and I owe it to myself. Good Luck. Lets see the change!
