My favorite breakfast:
4 slices bacon
1 piece french toast: 1 egg, 1Tbsp skim milk, scant of vanilla, 1 pc pepperidge farm carb style 7 grain bread soaked in egg mixture.
1 Tbsp Careys sugar free maple syrup
6 net carbs

Day 1,
Breakfast- 2 eggs, 1 hotdog, slice of cheese
Lunch- Out to PIzza HUt- resisted everything!!- Salad-1.5 cups lettuce, onion, cheese, bacon, cucumber, cottage cheese and italian dressing with 2 carbs
Dinner-will be Pork and saurekraut
snacks- 4 dove sugar free chocolate truffles about 1.5 net carbs
