HI EVERYONE .... UPDATE: 9/1/08
as all of my buddys know, im a MALE and according to my drivers license, im 58 years young, but ive never felt or looked my age...i started june 2007 at a weight of 374...and each day is now another day of a new lifestyle change for me...
well...my first year of gettin the weight off, seemed like it came an went pretty quick...o yeah ther was days i was cranky and didnt want to do my workouts, but im glad i did....even when i went walking and the temps were ...well...lets say i was the only one out walking at 6am...cause of a wind chill...lol....but determination and consistency pays off....and now im starting my second year of this new life style change...each day is just another day of stayin on track the best i can...an moving onward and downward...
believe in yourself !!! ..you can accomplish anything you set your mind to !!!!!
ive set my mind to accomplishing my mini goals....i kno i will...and you can to... my final goal is 180-200 pounds
