How Often Do you weigh yourself?
second thing in the morning..., every morning for about 1 year. i have seen 25kg disappear gradually, and no i invest in a body composition monitor to track my fat/muscle ratio. I also weight myself before diner, that give me an idea of wha i can eat and how much i should be the next morning. It is a psychopath approach, but it is effective Very Happy

Recommended RDI seems so high
I think there is a misunderstanding here.

Fatsecret doesn t calculate higher.

Fatsecret calculate the daily intake you should get to keep the same weight.

Then you input what you eat and what you did during the day and it calculates the difference (you can see the difference in "my diet calendar".

fatsecret gives you the liberty to decide how much and how fast you want to loose weight.

The link you gave tells you up to how much you can eat while keeping your weight loss goal within the timeline you decided.

Nevertheless i agree that link is usefull and combo with fatsecret system. Slide too far on the right side and it warns you if your daily intake is too low considering health wellness.
