Hi there, nice to meet you all. I just want to share my fitness workout plan. I work-out 4 times a week using treadmill for 40 minutes, and exercise bike for 20 minutes.

Here's my work-out plan:
Treadmill:
0-5 minutes, 4kph
5-7 minutes, 5kph
7-9 minutes, 6kph
9-10 minutes, 7kph
10-11minutes, 8kph
11-13minutes, 7kph
13-14minutes, 8kph
14-16minutes, 7kph
16-17minutes, 8kph
17-19minutes, 7kph
19-20minutes, 8kph
20-22minutes, 7kph
22-23minutes, 8kph
23-25minutes, 7kph
