My realistic goal is to be anything under 200 lbs and I would be a happy camper. But for all goal setting purposes, 185 I feel is a good healthy starting number. If I reach that, I will go for 165 (my college weight).

What started it all is last year, I made my own ren fest dress. This year, ren fest is a month away and I'm looking at this dress now, knowing it was a little tight to begin with, I'm certainly not going to fit in it yet without a little hard work.

3.30.11-Starting in June I will be making my ren fest dress for this summer, August 2011. I have until then to drop as much weight as I can, safely of course, to determine the size I will need :)

(p.s. I'm the lady :p, that's my finace!)

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
I miss wearing cute underware...cute bras don't always come in my size...and if they do, it's at a price

Is too much exercise bad for you ??
Consult a doctor about that one. It sounds really excessive. Or switch up what you do for the whole two hours with resistance traning. You want to make sure your giving your body enough fuel to do normal fuctions like be able to think too. You can hurt more than just your muscles by working out that much and having 300 calories for your body to work off of for the day.

A doctor can definitely stear you the right way with that one.
