Hi there, my name is Monica and I will be 69 on Tuesday. Married almost 44 yrs.to Ron, with 2 children, Ryan and Kristi, who are both teachers. We have 3 Grandchildren, Griffin, 11, Maggie, 8, and Reese, 3. I want to finish out my years on this earth in a healthier manner, in able to enjoy and do things with these precious gifts. I'm really going to take this more serious than ever before because I am way overweight with bad knees. I just had surgery on one in Dec., still having trouble so it can only get better with a lighter load. I have been retired almost 3 yrs. from the Post office where I was a rural carrier. I loved my job and my fellow workers but glad not to take the chance of falling out there in any weather conditions. Good Luck to all of you on your journey to better health.
