I will be 30 years old (female) in 6 months and I really want to get to a healthier weight by that time. I was a graduate student the last 2 years and gained about 15 pounds during that time. I really want to get back to my baseline, a healthier me, and then work to losing another 10 lbs or so. I was an emotional eater/drinker, dealing with the stressors of grad school and being single and broke! I am a natural athlete and this is the most I have ever weighed so I really want to get serious now. I know how to workout and eat right, but I have lacked in motivation and started drinking more alcohol while in grad school (I know I know....). I just need some motivation!
