I am a mid thirties mom who has had her ups and downs. Well I have not had a cigarette in three weeks. I have had work stress, but honestly who doesn't. I am the mom of two awesome kids and I have two angel babies looking over us. I am happily married. It is time that I get up and take a stand against my weight. I really wish I was at the weight when I was younger and thought I was fat. I am almost 30 pounds over weight. I gained an immense amount when I got pregnant with my first daughter. Then I found out I was pregnant with my second when she was about 7 months old. Bren was born at 27.5 weeks so she was 13 weeks early she weighed 1.565 pounds when she was born and was 13.385 inches long. She was the smallest angel I had ever laid my hands on. She was in the NICU and PICU until she was 3 months old. She contracted RSV and is now an angel. At that point I weight 198. There was no way I would be going into the 200's.... I refused and I joined weight watchers. I have come off of that due to the fact that life happens. Well now it is going to happen for me. I do not have to pay in order to take control of my weight. I will now stand on my own two feet with the wonderful support of my family and friends. I will also be smoke free and things will progress in a direction to where my family as a whole are healthy.
