Hello.... simple but straight forward
Hey I am also originally from the UK! I'm in the US now. Good job on sticking with the weight loss! Start again and maybe have a "treat" to look forward to once a week or so - makes you less likely to blow it in between.

So far so good - a bit hungry at times but find that spacing the morning snacks helps. Also a nicely presented lunch seems bigger in the imagination than ...
