My name is Lizzie and I am 27 years old. I Thought I had a weight problem as a kid, turns out I did not. Over the last five years I have gained 110lbs. Since September 2008 I have been actively counting calories and maintaining a 1200 calorie a day lifestyle. Not until April did I start incorporating exercise into my diet. So far I have lost 50lbs. I have set small goals along the way to my overall goal whichis 130lbs. But in this moment in time my goal is 175lbs. I have a great career and I am continuing my education.
