The holidays and my birthday came. I fell off the wagon; however, I am getting back on the wagon. I will start on Phase II of the Fat Smash Diet on Monday and get back into the gym. I have gained eight pounds; however, I have gained it the mid section. I can barely fit the new clothes I have purchased. I am not giving up though.

still to go: 17.0 lb

I have lost a total of 27 lbs. I am so happy! I did slip this week and had a little too much alcohol. I am not going to allow this to happen again. I need to stay committed and focused. I am going to begin to tone what I have lost. I need to work on abs and my gluts.
