I have been health conscious my entire life. I try to eat clean, all organic, non-GMO foods. I also love to support local agriculture. My journey to clean eating has technically just begun to transition, I am not striving for perfection but just pure health. I used to be a runner in my teens, and I desperately want to be there again.
I refuse to look at weight loss as a measure of success, but on the other hand I know we won't reach our goals unless we set them. I just want to feel good. To spend my money on "good for me food" and not health care later. I want to invest in my health now instead of paying the painful miserable price later. I want to be a model of health. Its not about how much you loose, but how healthy you are.
