Have always been overweight. I've tried Atkins and WW, but I find on WW the weight loss is slower and I'm constantly starving which makes it easy for me to break the diet.

I'm intolerant to gluten which of course makes me crave bread, because I know I shouldn't have it.

What can I do to keep myself under controll when I'm starved but there isn't healthy food in the hou
Maybe you will need to look at doing some other type of diet that fits in with the food you have available? Not the best option, but if you can't afford to get the food you need, it may be the only option.

Just found this fantastic website! Have lost the weight previously but relaxed abit too much and regained it again. I'm determined this time that I *will* do it, and actually get to goal this time!
