53 - almost 54 years young. Lifetime yo-yoer. Work hard/play hard always on the go. Married, mother of 3 great young men. Horse obsessed - can't spend enough time with my 2 guys. My weight creeped up to my heaviest again after 16 years. So I'm back on the weight loss train - watch what I eat and go to the gym. I have done this so many times before but now it is hard, hard, hard. Age, work & menopause are not my friends. I really wish I could get my brain wrapped around a "healthy lifestyle" and it didn't seem like work.
