I am a full time working, mother of two, who is also caregiver to my disabled mother and I recently started back to school in January. Since the birth of my children, I have not been taking good care of myself as most days I feel like there is not enough time in the day. I want this year to be different! I want to get back to a healthy weight and start taking better care of myself!
