Happyfoodholly, my experience is only 2 years. It is too early to make conclusions. I haven't noticed any changes. In general I feel Ok. I hope you will find the source what could cause the issues. Unfortunately there are many other things in our life that ruin health. And I can't image going back to meat again too. It is dead food.

Hi all,

The best thing that ever happened to me is the day when I became a vegetarian. In a year my weight dropped dramatically. Rolling Eyes
