I am a mom of two little boys 9&10. I am a full time college student and I work full time as well Smile

I am taking biology this semester (basic nutrition) it really has opened my eyes to what I consume and the changes it can and will make on my body, therefor, I've decided to make some changes in my life.

I was 125lbs after having both of my children. Now i am 160 and I am not happy with my weight. I have decided that instead of complaing and feeling DOWN about myself that I was going to do something about it.
