Just did a resistance band pilates work out. Oofda for sure... in other news, i think i was optimistic with my starting weight. I'm pretty sure I just picked a number i remembered on a scale and not my actual weight at the time. So we revise upward :( Hey, I'm working on staying honest with myself.

Okay, want to lose some weight and live healthier. I love food, but I will skip meals if I'm busy then overeat later. I'm also a lapsed vegetarian. hope this will help!
