Hello my name is Pam
Hi Pam I just started with this site on Sunday so far so good I'm down 6.5 # since Sunday .I like the support and the tools ,it's easy to track calories andtrack burned calories. I need to lose 50# but my first goal is only 30# by Aug. Hang in there it's so hard

Down 10.5 # but tomorrow 4/15/12 is my Easter Ham, Kolbassi,home made bread ,potato salad ,wine-What chance do I have of not gaining weight. Help
