Feeling like a total failure having gained twenty pounds in the past few months. My eating so out of control. Dealing with some major stressors. A disastrous move. Feel guilty that my son has to change schools starting his junior year. And I am dealing with what looks to be Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Have pain most all the time. Takes away any desire I have to exercise. The stiffness is unbelievable. I've gained twenty pounds so fast, I have to get control of this soon!
Trying so hard to be thankful for all the blessings I do have in life. A great boyfriend. A job I love. Two wonderful boys. I have always been the most upbeat person, but this disease really getting me down.

Finally on track again. Ate a lot better this week. Lost almost 4 pounds. Been doing cardio on the Wii for an hour a few times this week, and I went bowling. And, when I went off track a couple days, I did so much more sensibly than in the past, and did not sabotage my efforts. Trying to follow 1500-1850 calories per day with an hour of cardio 3 days a week.

Ate a lot better! The Cambridge shakes at work really curbed my sweet tooth.

Find it so hard staying on track. I have decided to share my journey with my boyfriend. Hope the increased accountability is what does it for me. Going to try to do 1500 cals a day, and work out 4 days a week with my Zumba DVDs or go to the YMCA with him.
Really hoping to lose close to twenty pounds in about two months doing this. I know I can, because I have done it before. But, I am finding it so much harder now at 45.
Stuggling with fast food, working nights, and my sweet tooth. Going to drink these flavored protein shakes to try to curb my sweet tooth. This first day, it really seems to be helping.
