Hi - I'm 54 years old just! I'm divorced with two grown up children. I've been a yo yo dieter all my adult life. I started dieting when I was only 9 stone and have gradually increased in weight after each attempt. I lost a lot of weight very quickly on a complete meal replacement diet (Lipotrim). I loved this diet because I did not have to think about food at all. I am completely addicted to food and I think about food all the time so not having to do this was such a wonderful relief. If I could have stayed on this diet for ever I would have. The downside for me was that my skin didn't shrink as fast as I was so I was left with saggy skin which I can tell you was really frightening. My skin has plumped up again phew! so I am determined to lose weight more slowly and to make this a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix. Surprisingly, I have never calorie counted. So this has been a real eye opener for me. I love FS Diary and calorie counter on my blackberry. It means I have no reason to suffer from amnesia with regards things that pop into my mouth of their own accord! I have an "all or nothing" tendency towards dieting and exercise. Which means that when I'm good, I'm very good but.....!
