mmm that sounds great too, thanks for the good ideas. My other problem is I tent to eat when I get bored at my office and by the time I get home raising a family there is not a enough time in the day to exercise. I know there is no excuse but my health I don't feel as young as I used to be hahaha

Need help/advice on Atkins/Breastfeeding??
I think it because of the rick of reduction of breast milk in that case you can take the herb called fenugreek, you can find in many health food stores or many grocery stores and it is perfectly safe for the baby. I had to take it while I was breastfeeding since I was just unable to produce milk. there are pleasant side effects for you as well you will always smell like maple syrup and your milk will have a slight sweet taste for baby Smile I have a lactose nurse give me this advise for my first born when i left the hospital years ago.

sounds great thank you Smile I will do that just need ideas I work all day so tend to always want to get things that are quick, fruits and nuts I think will work for now

New to this
I am Just under 4'11 but I have a bad back, I think that is what has lead to my degenerative disc disease as well as years of not taking very good care of myself so I am paying for it now. I was just also recently put on anti depressants so with that and my pain meds I think it as slow down my metabolism Sad I am not very tall so even just being a little over wieght make me look round

what I have been trying to do is more vegetables and fruits but I have to admit I am horrible when it comes to coffee that is my weakness I have to have starbucks at least once a day or make a latte when I get a home but I do eat a high protein diet not to much carbs
