I am 38 years old, I have 2 grown children. I had been slowly gaining weight since I was about 32, however, this last year has added close to 15lbs. I have lost most of my energy and have lost much of my self-confidence. I have finally decided that enough is enough of feeling sorry for myself and if need be, I will fake the energy to get off my tush and work.
Eating isn't really a problem, though I do like some foods that are less than healthy, overall, my consumption levels are what I would consider, fairly "good". Of course, there is always room for improvement, so having a food diary here, will help me to pin point some of my weaker times.
