Hello fellow fatsecret members!
I am a 23 year old Kentucky girl who is struggling with these 15 pounds that I gained in college. I love to be active and participate in group fitness classes, jogging, swimming, hiking, etc. However, my metabolism has definitely plummeted within the past few years!
I am using my own diet which is low cal, low carb, and high protein. I like this website since it allows me to choose challenges that are fun, fit my lifestyle, and encourage weight loss! I plan on weighing in once a week (weighing in every day proves to be discouraging for me) and maintaining a thorough food log. I loving seeing stories of successful weight loss because they keep me motivated. So, keep on posting your stories! I hope at the end that I too can post a story that inspires you.
