Ketostix anyone?
And beware that some for some people like me - they dont work - someone on lowcarbfriends website told me not to sweat the sticks when I was worried about it not showing up - and even on the Atkins website, it says that some people dont even register that they are in ketosis - it says that as long as you are losing weight, you really dont need them - I just wanted to see purple so I bought them, but I wont do it again - just my experience

Vitamins?
I just take a multivitamin every day that has no carbs -I'm pretty sure it's just a store brand -The catkins site says you need to take one on induction
