My weight has fluctuated pretty significantly since High School. I will gain a bunch of weight, then go on a crash diet/exercise binge until I lose it. My most recent weight gain started in 2011 when I was put on some medication that increased my appetite significantly. I also started binge eating. In the past two years I've gained over 100 pounds and it has just ruined my health. I'm also a little older now (32) and am finding it difficult to just crash diet and exercise like crazy to lose the weight. I just joined CrossFit and have started eating Paleo which showed some initial success but I am not at all where i way to be yet. I am here to follow a Ketogenic Diet and to network with others who may be going through similar situations.
