Getting Ready for Full Marathon
Woo! Congrats on the full marathon goal. I've run a few half marathons, and in January finished my second full marathon (Disney...it was so much fun!). Let me know if you have questions about training or keeping healthy or anything...if I don't know the answer, I can always ask my dad. He's like the marathon guru...he's done over a hundred races in his life, and is now focused on Ironman triathlons.
