HElp I am gaining...I fell off the wagon
It has been about a year...but I can see my old hadbits coming back. I just can't seem to get through those few days again to get myself back on track.

HElp I am gaining...I fell off the wagon
I lost 6o lbs and I don't know why but I have gained back almost 15...I am devasted. Please give me feedback.
