Low Carb Diet, ugg how do i get there!!
I've been doing the Ketosis diet since February 2016 and have a 50lb weight loss to show for it. Low carb, moderate protein, and fat to fill in the tummy to stop hunger. Once you make it into ketosis, your body uses fat for fuel. Meaning, it burns fat. I'm rarely hungry. I don't feel like I'm missing out most of the time, and my health is great. Skin is clear. Sinus infections gone. Weight loss. Blood sugar nice and low. Eating low carb isn't denying yourself, its shifting over to different foods. I still eat desserts. I still make my own breads/buns. You just have to change your mind. Smile
