Today is my second day off of gluten and soy. It's been REALLY hard to get completely off dairy. I haven't had any cheese but I still have my tea with milk every day in order to stay up and study.
However, today I did notice a HUGE change in mood and energy. I feel much more energetic (no need for a nap) and much happier.
I noticed that if I have protein in my meal then I'm much more satisfied. The beans/legumes are satisfying but not for more than 2 hours. I still feel hungry.
My skin is still botched up from my gluten binge on Saturday. I completely broke out on Saturday night (after having eaten tons of doritos, two starbucks paninis and cookies).
Towards the end of the day (around 8pm) I started to feel bloated - wonder if it is the beans?

First full day off t3/t4. SO tired. I felt constantly hungry. Honestly, the only thing that gave me a "full" feeling was that starbucks panini.
I feel really bloated now. Disgusting. Don't really know what to do. Maybe wake up in the morning and go running hardcore?

Vegas.
Not good for the diet. For one thing, the drinks do not help. I stuck with mostly clear liquids but even still, it made me hungry and give me a headache.
I'm getting back on track today.
