Hard to start over again
I am new this too, I have to make myself move even when I feel bad, I have found that once I get going I'm good, but that initial movement is definately the problem. Old habits are hard to break! I am walking in my neighborhood, everyday I push myself to walk farther than i did the day before. good luck
