No carbs
Cutting carbs is always good. Just don't do it completely, else you will lose all your muscle very quickly, BMR goes down and cutting calories won't work. Also, protein makes you full. Outstanding work on your weight loss. Congratulations for the effort and consistency, impressive results too.
