Yesterday was a "feed" day, and it seems that each weigh in after a feed day is disheartening. I am going to limit calories on the feed days to no more than 2000. I am tired of seeing the scale jump up and down. I am also, once I feel this is working better, going to trust the "system" and only weigh once a week. I am a little nervous to do it now without getting the fast/feed weigh-in moving in the right direction for a few days.

In Vegas for three days so was expecting a scary weigh-in. :) Back on program today. Will fast today, Thursday and Saturday. Next week will be back on Monday, Thursday, Saturday fast days.

I ate just a bit over 1200 calories yesterday; the fact that I gained just goes to show that my body is in now way back to normal after the cleanse. Today is a fast day, so I'll be curious to see what the scale says tomorrow. I hope this ADF works for me; it really seems like it could be a lifestyle and not just a "diet".

I skipped the last juice last night so ended up having a little over 800 calories for the day. Weighed today and had gained. I kind of expected it since I ALWAYS gain coming off a cleanse, but am hoping that the scale will head the other direction after today's weigh in as I keep juicing. I am so close to goal, yet so very far away!!!
