I have never been so concerned about my weight as I am now. As I get older it is hard to stay afloat, even harder to stay motivated. I hope that by using this tool I am able to accomplish my goal. I want to look healthy and feel healthy!
Most of the people I see day to day seem overweight, Like they have lost hope and dont care about themselves any more. I really do not want to be one of those people.I thought that instead of criticizing others, I need to start doing something about ME. Maybe if others see a change in me, they would want to start too!
