Looks like I've stalled out - will re-evaluate macros for next week.

Its important to note - I'm not DIY'ing the macros. I paid for someone to determine them for me, and backed up by results from numerous other clients. Its tough navigating the digital waters. Sometimes we will follow an article or idea that tells us what we want to hear to lose weight - and maybe it does, but only for a few weeks, then we gain it back. That is heartbreaking.

Whatever we do, we must ensure our plan is sustainable, and work time into our diets to "reset" our body weight. This makes the diet process seem longer, and this is exactly where I went wrong. I was drinking and eating like I never was on the diet. I was soooooo close to my goal weight too. If I got to my goal and took the time to add calories back in slowly, per the plan I bought, I probably would have had a better chance at remaining at my goal weight.

I'm not going to knock anyone's method here, but it is important to be careful listening to someone's advice. Something that worked for one individual may not work for another. We all want to share with the world our success story right away, so I'm not judging that either! My point is take everything with a grain of salt - don't change what you are doing if what you are doing is working. If what you are doing is not working, make sure you research the method and that there are real world examples and that no mistakes are being made following the process, then re-evaluate. Getting a nutritionist involved is never a bad idea, especially for those with diabetes or other immune disorders and pregnant or nursing women.
