Alright, I must have gotten a little cocky because after losing my first 10lbs, I decided that maybe I could do it by myself without recording. Well ... I can't. I was able to maintain my weight to an extent. Lately I have been floating between 140-142 rather than 137-139. It's not that I feel fat, but I do feel bloated and I don't have as much energy as I used to. My area I want to change is my stomach! I need to look at it every time I want to eat, and decide...what is best for my stomach!!! I want it to be flat and bikini ready, not iffy from day to day. It helps that I am taking turns working out with my dad and Connor through out the week. I can save money by not having to join a fitness club and I have someone holding me accountable. I need to get back on track with my eating, via salads with a side of protein.
