Waiter/Server Calories
I'll do that, then... But it almost seems like I'm logging too many calories burned! Yesterday I broke up the logging between the 3 mph walk (which is moderate - less than the 3.5 brisk), standing, etc. The 3.5 hours I logged at a 3 walk had me burning over 1,400 calories in that time! My whole shift has me burning over 2,200 calories!

Update: I just changed all of my work hours as a waiter yesterday to walking 3.0. My 6.5 hours at work now has me burning 2,600 calories, and my daily burn meter now reads over 4,700 calories burned - and I didn't go to the gym yesterday! That seems like I'm over-counting a bit...

Maybe I just need to get a good heart-rate monitor... But waiting tables with straps across my chest seems awkward...

Waiter/Server Calories
That changes my RDI, but doesn't seem to do anything to the exercise log. It still starts me at 16 hours of resting and 8 hours of sleeping. Its up to me to log what I did instead of rest and sleep... Unless I'm missing something?

Waiter/Server Calories
That's true. You're constantly lifting something - sometimes some pretty heavy trays. Maybe some of the logging should be done under housework as you're constantly moving your hands, and some of it under weight lifting or calisthenics. I just can't figure out a good way to go about it.

Waiter/Server Calories
Is anyone else a waiter/server? If so, how do you log your calories burned in a shift? You're up for hours straight and you're walking - sometimes rather quickly... The best I can find to do is log a couple hours of just standing, an hour or two of walking slowly, and an hour or two of walking moderately... Any other thoughts?

Recording Interval Training
I've just tried to remember interval times, but I agree it's a pain in the butt. I would love to hear some other ideas too.
