What is wrong with people!?
Last year when i started losing weight i would get comments like that, too. They were just jealous!
Not the same thing really.. but i HATED it when i was pregnant and people would touch my belly. "oh..getting bigger" I'm like well not really thats just my fat!
Bottome line, pregnant or not..people need to just keep their hands to themselves..didn't we learn that in elementary school? lol

Am I the ONLY person annoyed by Nutri-System commercials???
I agree with the original post- the commercials for NS, etc are annoying!! Even if I did prescribe to their weight loss program I would find it annoying!
I have seen a few episodes of the new show on TVland, Hot in Cleveland and atleast Valerie Bertinelli looks more like a normal human being than Marie O. does on those NS commercials! lol

On another note, I saw a rerun of an Oprah show that had Jessica Simpson talking about the 'mom-jeans' controversy from last yr. It is SOOO sad how as a celebrity she is made to feel fat in a size 4! (even though those jeans were horrible) I actually prefer to see a celebrity with a little extra weight because they seem more relatable. example, I have always liked Kelly Clarkson, but its sad how less popular she has become with a little extra weight..soooo not fair!!

Veggie burgers
Chilli's restaurants and others give you the option of subbing their regualar hamburgers with a black bean burger..they are gooood. I've never tried Red Robin..but it's on my list! Local restuaruants usually will have the option if you ask.
I tried Quorn once, but heard their products were made with a fungus product, so i quit eating them.
Otherwise, I usually get morningstar farms products. i can find both MF and Boca at my local stores. the tomato basil style from MF is my fav! I have been a vegetarian in Kansas for 12-13 yrs, and i couldn't manage with out them!! Smile

Losing weight to have another baby?
I am kinda going thru the same situation. My son is 2.5 and we are trying for another baby. It has taken till now to get back to my pre prego weight(plus some stretch marks and a c-section scar Smile and i don't want to gain it allll back! plus i would like to lose more lbs. I have been working out more, and feeling better about myself. BUT i don't want to over do it so much that it messes with my ovulation and I don't get pregnant.

I didn't want to get pregnant with too much over my goal weight and then feel like i would never get back to it! So I know what you are going thur- i think! Smile

foods you had no idea where THAT bad!
or like a bottle of regular soda. my husband had a bottle of soda (20oz) and i know he drank the whole thing. but when u read the label it says 2.5 servings. so the whole bottle had 80 grams of sugar! we all know soda is bad for us, but who would split a 20 oz bottle in 2.5 servings!
